General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Léman Net and our clients for all cleaning and maintenance services provided across French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva, Vaud, Neuchâtel).

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by Léman Net remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) as net amounts. As Léman Net is a VAT-exempt business under Art. 10 of the Swiss Federal Act on VAT (LTVA), no VAT is added to your invoice.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, within a standard 10-day period. For your convenience, we seamlessly accept payments via bank transfer or TWINT.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment be communicated in writing (via email or message) at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made after this timeframe, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover our reserved time and scheduling adjustments.

5. 100% Move-Out Guarantee (End-of-Lease Cleaning)

For end-of-lease cleanings, Léman Net offers a 100% guarantee for your final inspection with the property management agency (régie). Should the agency require any touch-ups on the areas we cleaned, we will promptly return to address them completely free of charge. Please note that this guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear of the property.

6. Liability and Insurance

We treat your property with the utmost care and respect. Léman Net holds comprehensive Professional Civil Liability (RC Pro) insurance, fully covering any material damage directly caused by our team during a service visit.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
