At Léman Net, we provide highly dedicated cleaning and maintenance services. Due to the nature of our work, services are non-refundable once completed and invoiced. However, your peace of mind is paramount to us, which is why we focus on delivering exceptional results right from the start.

2. Claims and Touch-ups

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you notice any detail that requires further attention, simply let us know within 24 hours of the service (ideally with supporting photos). Rather than issuing a refund, our team will gladly return at the earliest opportunity to make it right, completely free of charge.

3. Special case:

Move-out inspection (état des lieux) For end-of-lease cleanings, the final approval is always granted by your property management agency (régie). If the inspector requests any additional touch-ups, our 100% Move-Out Guarantee (Garantie de remise en état) ensures you are fully covered. We will promptly intervene at no extra cost to meet their exact requirements, ensuring a stress-free handover for you.
